Indoor pool ice cold!!! WiFi only works at end of parking lot!!! Rooms need better cleaning, and fire alarm issues were poorly handled!!! Some areas look neglected!!!

The indoor and outdoor pools were nice, and the continental breakfast offered a waffle machine which was a hit. However, our bathroom had issues with cleanliness, and the shower water pressure was quite poor. Overall, this hotel is decent for a short stay, but some areas need improvement.

the check-in process was smooth and the staff friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but I wished the breakfast options were more diverse. It's conveniently located, making it easy to explore the local area.

The area was exceptionally clean and the breakfast options were varied, including oatmeal. The staff was really welcoming, making the dining experience enjoyable.

I noticed some noise from nearby areas since it’s located towards the edge of town.

The room was conveniently located and offered easy access to the nearby lake. The bedding felt fresh, which made for a decent night's sleep. I appreciated the included breakfast with options like oatmeal and make-your-own waffles. these were definitely a highlight. However, the room itself was quite dated and small. I had to wait a long time for hot water in the shower, and once it heated up, the smoke alarm went off outside the bathroom. Additionally, I faced an issue with the towels, as I only received two for three people in the room. When I asked for more, I was told there weren’t any available until laundry was done. This was frustrating, especially given that I had requested them earlier. While the location was good, it overshadowed some of the discomforts I experienced during my stay. Overall, I'd probably look for a different place on my next visit.

I had such a fun stay! The indoor pool was nice for the kids, and we loved making waffles for breakfast, but the view wasn't as great as the photos. I'd definitely come back!

The room was clean and had a larger fridge than most hotels (total bonus! ). Staff were super friendly and ready to help. Location was also great, just a short walk to everything in Lake George Village.

Everything was fantastic.

The indoor pool was great for the kids, but our bathroom had a malfunctioning shower. Golf course nearby made it enjoyable.

We had a blast with the kids in those pools! The outdoor one was a lifesaver during the heat, and having breakfast with make-your-own waffles was a hit for the whole family!

It cost a bit more than I expected but still was acceptable for what we got.
